Comprehensive analysis of the complex responsible for protein degradation in plant cells

PSC carried out a comprehensive interaction analysis of protein complexes consisting of F-Box proteins, which control physiological function in Arabidopsis, and ASK proteins to reveal a variety of features such as the protein combinations and expression timing.

These findings are expected to contribute new knowledge about the proteins involved in various physiological phenomena and their degradation mechanisms, leading to elucidation of systematic physiological phenomena in plants.
