FASEB SRC announces conference registration: Epigenetics, Chromatin and Transcription Conference

The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) announces the opening of registration for the Science Research Conference (SRC): Epigenetics, Chromatin and Transcription Conference.

The 2013 Epigenetics, Chromatin and Transcription Conference will provide an exciting forum for discussing the interplay between gene expression, chromatin structure and the epigenetic landscape. Importantly, these topics cover a wide array of specialties, ranging from those studying the basic biology underlying epigenetic inheritance to those probing how gene expression is regulated during development or in disease.

This meeting is unique in endeavoring to bring together these multiple aspects, and includes genomic and systems approaches, new views on non-coding RNAs, as well as recent breakthroughs in understanding the links between epigenetics and cancer. The program features an outstanding group of researchers from around the world presenting cutting edge research. In addition, there will be numerous short talks selected from abstracts, several poster sessions, and a "meet the expert" session focused on novel approaches to characterizing the epigenome.
