World's largest event for bone, muscle, and joint research and practice to be held in Spain
The International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) and the European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO) will stage the world's largest international congress devoted to musculoskeletal research and clinical practice in Seville Spain, from April 2-5, 2014.
Key facts about the IOF-ESCEO World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases:
- More than 5000 delegates from 100 countries and over 750 scientific abstract submissions expected
- Leading international faculty will address a wide range of clinically relevant subjects with a focus on 'hot topics' in the field
- The high quality scientific programme will include eight plenary sessions, 13 Meet-The-Expert sessions, six special ESCEO topical sessions, an educational lecture, oral and poster presentations
- Five satellite symposia scheduled, with a large exhibition displaying the latest products and services
- CME accreditation expected (application in process)
