SAGE partners with RTVJ Division of AEJMC to publish Electronic News

May 26th, 2010

Television Journalism Division of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) has partnered with SAGE to publish its official journal, Electronic News.

Electronic News is a quarterly journal devoted to advancing knowledge and understanding of news as disseminated through electronic media platforms. The journal is published by SAGE beginning with the March 2010 issue. (http://enx.sagepub.com/).

Electronic News promotes and publishes readily accessible research and ideas that have clear relevance to the content, practice, and administration of electronic news, especially radio, television, and the Internet, and related areas, such as station Web sites. Electronic News provides both scholars and industry practitioners the opportunity to publish and read applied research, and includes research articles, invited essays, and reviews of books relevant to electronic news as an evolving and dynamic practice.

"SAGE is very pleased to partner with the RTVJ Division of the AEJMC to help broaden the reach of the journal to our strong communication and other related journals list," said Jayne Marks, SAGE Vice President and Editorial Director, Library Information Group. "We are looking forward to working with the AEJMC, one of the most influential associations in the field, to bring Electronic News to the widest possible audience."
