On September 15 and 16, the 3rd University Congress on Agrifood Innovation and Sustainability (CUISA) took place in hybrid mode at the Higher Polytechnic School of Orihuela—Miguel Hernández University of Elche (Spain). Agro2Circular was present with a poster showing its preliminary results.

Dr. Quintín from Centro Tecnológico Nacional de la Conserva y Alimentación (CTNC) and Dr. Morales from Fundación Clúster Agroalimentario de la Región de Murcia (AGROFOOD) presented the European project Agro2Circular at the congress on agrifood innovation and sustainability at the University of Elche, in Spain.

The project was presented to the scientific audience of the congress through a poster illustrating Agro2Circular preliminary results. This congress was the opportunity to disseminate Agro2Circular objectives and methodologies among the scientific community, but it can be also considered a training for all the attending technicians. In fact, technicians had the chance to learn about the lines of work that are being carried out at a national and international level in the development of functional foods and the valorisation of by-products for agrifood sector and other related sectors.
