An animated journey into batteries revolution: GIGABAT launches its project video

April 23rd, 2024

GIGABAT is ready to launch the project video, explaining the path towards battery manufacturing improvement

At the heart of Europe's battery revolution, where innovation and sustainability meet, lies GIGABAT: an EU-funded project focused on sustainable and digitalised gigafactories for battery production.

The project video tells its story, from the need to urgently increase battery efficiency to the redefinition of the value chain. GIGABAT aims to lead the ecological transition of battery manufacturing, performance, storage, and cost-effectiveness.

Through a visual journey made of GIGABAT's specific palette of colours and of animated graphics, the GIGABAT video both entertains and informs about the world of battery manufacturing, and its potential for optimisation. All of this is showcased throughout the dynamic display of GIGABAT's actions and objectives, represented by a series of graphics and icons coherent with the visual identity of the project, and put in continuous movement, as GIGABAT pushes the boundaries of batteries performance and digitalisation.
