Effective scientific writing is the topic of the next in a series of American Chemical Society (ACS) Webinars™ for scientists and chemical professionals.
Scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 3, from 2 - 3 p.m. EST, the free Webinar features Kristin Sainani, Ph.D., of Stanford University, who will discuss how to improve technical writing skills, particularly for manuscripts and grants.
Participants will learn to:
- Recognize common writing mistakes
- Write more concisely and clearly
- Avoid "academic" writing habits
