Networking and building your personal brand to advance professionally is the topic of the next in a series of American Chemical Society (ACS) Webinars™ for scientists and chemical professionals.
Scheduled for Thursday, March 10, from 2 - 3 p.m., EST, the free webinar features Catherine T. "Katie" Hunt, Ph.D., R&D director in Innovation Sourcing & Sustainable Technologies at The Dow Chemical Co. and 2007 President of the American Chemical Society, and Dawn Mason, Ph.D., group leader at Eastman Chemical Co.
Participants will learn:

Mason is a group leader at Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, Tenn. She was previously employed with E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. Over the last 10 years, she has successfully led a variety of technology groups contributing in areas from catalysis to polymer modification and from technical service to process improvement. Mason is the co-chair of the ACS Committee on Corporation Associates and is a member of the ACS Leadership Advisory Board.
