FASEB SRC announces conference registration open for: New Frontiers in Transport Atpases: From Mechanistic to Therapeuti
The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) announces the opening of registration for the Science Research Conference (SRC): New Frontiers in Transport ATPases: From Mechanistic to Therapeutic Concepts.
This conference will take place June 3-8, 2012 in Snowmass, Colorado. This conference will highlight significant conceptual and technical advances in the field of the P-type, V-type, F1FO - ATPases and ABC transporters. The organizers aim to provide the most up-to-date information and identify the best science for presentation during sessions. At least 50% of speakers will be identified from submitted abstracts. Therefore, early registration and abstract submission are highly encouraged. The conference will focus on mechanistic insights generated by new structural information in the field, on new roles of ATPases in cell physiology, a burgeoning area of ATP-driven lipid transport, emerging techniques, and cellular mechanisms regulating ATPase function.
