FASEB SRC announces conference registration open for: Tyrosine Kinase Signaling in Cancer, Disease, and Development

The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) announces the opening of registration for the Science Research Conference (SRC): Tyrosine Kinase Signaling in Cancer, Disease, & Development.

This conference will take place in Snowmass, Colorado on July 22-27, 2012. Attendees will learn about the latest research on dissecting the signaling pathways regulated by soluble and membrane receptor tyrosine kinases. Highlights include the analysis of crosstalk and complex signaling networks, the use of mass spectrometry, role of miRNA in pathway regulation, and involvement of tyrosine kinases and their downstream targets in growth, adhesion, invasion, metastasis, the tumor microenvironment, angiogenesis, immunology, and neurobiology. To foster collaboration and translational research, presentations and a special workshop on therapeutic targeting will be hosted by experts. Travel grants and poster awards will be available for trainees. An impressive slate of world-renown speakers combined with the intimacy of a highly focused agenda with ample opportunities for discussion and interaction, are designed to enhance collaboration and foster new ideas and research directions in the field.
