Webinar Series | Sustainable Smart City Matrix: how to assess the impact of innovative technologies in STARDUST cities
Join us on this webinar to discover the Smart City Matrix developed by our partner Public University of Navarra!
The Sustainable Smart City Matrix helps European cities assess their sustainability plans and strategies. The aim is to enable cities to find their "global sustainability label". Developed by the Institute of Smart Cities (ISC) of the Public University of Navarra (UPNA) for the STARDUST Project, the matrix covers six areas to analyze results and improve policy in each one.
During this webinar, speakers from UPNA will explain what the Smart City Matrix is for, how to fill it in, and how it can really benefit cities that are keen to go climate-neutral.

After six years, Stardust comes to an end.
From 28 to 29 February, the city of Pamplona will host Stardust's final conference. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and technical visits, the project partners will come together to portray the legacy of this major 6-year Smart City project.
It will mark the end of the project and the beginning of a new era of climate neutrality in the cities that can be more ecological, more citizen-centered, and more intelligent in approach.
We will walk you through our actions and achievements in the three Lighthouse cities, Pamplona, Tampere, and Trento.
Then we will look at how these measures have been adapted and replicated in the Follower cities of Cluj-Napoca, Derry, and Kozani.
The event will bring together representatives of fellow projects, key European stakeholders, and policymakers from different countries.
